Every summer, we look for individuals from 14-years-old to those in their 20s who are committed to investing their summer in making the Greystone Kitchen an extraordinary experience. You will learn to work hard, play hard, and get along with other people through days full of work, games, relaxing, and socializing. You will help feed 900 people three exceptional meals a day. We play group sports such as Ultimate Frisbee, Soccer, Basketball, Tennis, as well as other fun games that we invent throughout the summer. There will also be personal time for running, lifting weights, reading, or relaxing by the lake with friends. We want to make sure that your summer is well-rounded and full of opportunites to serve the campers, grow spiritually, develop leadership skills and work ethic, and enjoy your time at Greystone.
If you are willing to work hard while also having more fun than any of your friends back home, the Greystone Kitchen is the place for you.
We know most of our staff are only able to work one session, but we highly encourage you to find the time to work multiple sessions. It vastly improves your experience at camp as the job becomes easier the longer you’re here, allows you to make more friends, and gives you the opportunity to really grow spiritually, mentally, physically, and socially.

New for 2025: We are no longer splitting Main Camp into two different sessions. Please read our Kitchen Staff FAQ page for more details. If you were hoping to work part of Main Camp, but cannot commit to the entire session, email to discuss your options.
Everyone applying to work in the Greystone Kitchen for the first time will need to complete the New Staff Application. If you have worked in the Kitchen before, please fill out the Returning Staff Application. Make sure that you personally (and not a parent) fill out the application completely, as all of the information is important to our decision-making, and we want to hear from you! After we have reviewed your application, you will receive an email from us to schedule an interview.
We tie everything that we do together with spiritual truths that we apply to our everyday lives. When working at Greystone, you will love that you are among a staff that is like-minded, loyal to you, and excited about this ministry. The Greystone community is refreshingly bright because we all work together toward common goals of integrity, loyalty, honesty, kindness, and truth.
